Our Original Taiwanese Chili Crisp is packed with roasted soybeans, garlic, and shallots for big crunch and deep savory flavor. Limited Legacy Batch - Extra Crunch
Before finalizing The Original, we produced a small run with an even higher proportion of roasted soybeans, crisp garlic, and shallots. The result is a denser, extra-crunchy version of Jin Wu Yan with the same layered chile heat and savory depth.
This is a fully finished earlier recipe, not damaged or defective product. It is simply different from the version we ultimately chose for ongoing production. Once the remaining jars are gone, the Legacy Batch is gone for good.

How spicy is it?
The Original is medium-hot to hot. Regular spicy-food eaters will generally find it assertive but approachable; people who rarely eat spicy food will experience it as considerably hotter. We rate it 3 out of 4 for heat.
Do I need to keep my chili crisp in the refrigerator?
Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration, while not required, will maintain quality and extend shelf life Always use a clean utensil.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $8 to the continental United States. Orders of $50 or more ship free.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are fulfilled from Virginia via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will ship most orders within 1-2 business days of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, email us as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
